Founded in 1998, the Vasantha Lakshmi Charitable Trust and Research Centre has an Executive Governance with social concern and commitment in the sphere of charitable social service.

The Trust is organizationally categorized as a non-profit, non-governmental social welfare organistation based on the twin objective of social service and human development as exposed and practiced by Smt. T. Vasantha Lakshmi on whose name the Trust was founded. The trust has involved itself with wide-ranging social welfare and development activities. Its activities have reached most areas of Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh, South India. Even the remote and for-flung areas of the district is being benefited from one programme or another of the Trust.

OUR VISION

VLCT & RCs vision is to provide basic necessities and developmental opportunities to enable human and material resource development for children, women and others from the socially and economically deprived sections of the communities towards an improvement in their quality of life.

The Trust has definite aims and objectives to serve its stakeholders with their popular participation.
